When Abuelo goes into the hospital for a prostate operation, Manolito and his little brother abandon themselves at Luisas downstairs. After the first shock, she decides to clean them up, but this makeover doesnt fool anyone. As usual, Manolito gets in to trouble, and finds that his brother Stupid is smarter than he thought.
